&lt;p data-end="468" data-start="78"&gt;This&amp;nbsp;is a vibrant, student-led celebration dedicated to promoting inclusion, challenging discrimination, and standing united against racism in all its forms. The festival brings together students, staff, and the wider community for a powerful day of cultural expression, education, and solidarity.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p data-end="815" data-start="470"&gt;Through music, food, art, and performances that reflect the rich diversity of our student body, the festival creates a safe and welcoming space where everyone can learn from each other&amp;rsquo;s experiences. Guest speakers, and creative activities explore themes of identity, social justice, allyship, and the ongoing fight for racial equity.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p data-end="1121" data-start="817"&gt;More than just an event, the festival is a statement of Dudley SU&amp;rsquo;s unwavering commitment to building an anti-racist institution&amp;mdash;where every student feels seen, heard, and empowered. It&amp;#39;s a time to celebrate our differences, confront injustice, and collectively shape a more inclusive future.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Class Rep Training is mandatory to understand the&amp;nbsp;role and responsibilities as elected Class Rep.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;The &amp;lsquo;learner voice&amp;rsquo; system&amp;nbsp;helps make positive changes to courses, the college and the college community, to achieve the very best outstanding learning experience possible.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The &amp;#39;Class Rep Job Description&amp;#39; and all other relevant information regarding the class rep role is posted&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;the main Class Rep MSTeam which&amp;nbsp;reps will be added to as members.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Information how to complete the online training is also&amp;nbsp;posted to the team.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The training content will be the same at each session and therefore reps&amp;nbsp;should only complete this&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;ONCE -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;Reps who complete the&amp;nbsp;training session&amp;nbsp;will receive a certificate of achievement and class rep lanyard.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;If reps attended&amp;nbsp;training last year, they&amp;nbsp;will still be required to complete&amp;nbsp;online training again. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Freshers&amp;#39; Fayre&amp;nbsp;events are for every student, whether they are full or part time, first or second year students in Further or Higher Education. The fayre is set to be a fun, informative and interactive event which offers an enjoyable round up to the induction process. Students can get involved in fun activities at Broadway Campus Great Hall and Courtyard.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;All reps registered will receive a diary invitation advising them of the date, time and room when they should attend their meeting.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The meeting agenda&amp;nbsp;can be&amp;nbsp;viewed on the Class Rep 2025.2026&amp;nbsp;MSTeam - Class reps should discuss the agenda questions with students in their class prior to the meeting and collate feedback focussing on the &amp;#39;Teaching and Learning&amp;#39; experience to share with the Curriculum Manager.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The meeting is also an opportunity to meet with other class reps from the same curriculum area.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The &amp;lsquo;learner voice&amp;rsquo; system&amp;nbsp;helps make positive changes to courses, the college and the college community, to achieve the very best outstanding learning experience possible.&lt;/p&gt;
