👥 Who Can Enter

• Open to all students at Dudley College of Technology
• Teams must represent a curriculum department
• 5-a-side teams (up to 3 substitutes allowed)

📋 Important Requirements

• All players must complete:
  • A Students’ Union College Medical Form - Medical forms can be collected from the Students’ Union Office (Room B6, Broadway) or requested by messaging Aldrich Gonsalves on Teams
  • A Teacher Permission Form for any lessons missed
• Appropriate footwear must be worn:
  • Moulded studs only
  • ❌ No metal studs or trainers !!!
