As your Outgoing Students’ Union President, it’s my privilege to formally inform you, the student body, of the result of the Students’ Union Presidential Election 🗳️.
Following a record-breaking voter turnout, with over 1,200 votes cast 🎉, you have once again shown that you are fully engaged in shaping the future of your Union and didn’t duck out of democracy 🦆💪. I'm incredibly proud to announce that Kaynat Ahmad has been duly elected as President of Dudley College Students’ Union for 2025/26 🏛️—marking a historic milestone as the first President from the Brierley Hill Learning Quarter, having studied at Inspired 📍.
Kaynat has been an outstanding voice for students at Inspired over the past two years, serving on my Leadership Team as Campus Leader 🌟. Her commitment, passion, and dedication to student representation have been unwavering, and I have no doubt she will thrive in this new role 🚀. I am incredibly proud that someone I have worked with closely will be taking on the Presidency, and I am so excited to see what she achieves for you during her term in office 🙌.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be working closely to ensure a smooth and successful transition to Kaynat’s Presidency, where she will take up office on July 1st 🗓️.
Please join me in congratulating the new President-Elect on this well-deserved victory 🎊👏!
In Solidarity,
Jack Stokes
