Sophia Daly: Simpson King Staff Award
Sophia (Student Development Officer) was shocked and delighted that students and colleagues had taken the time to nominate her for the NUS Staff Achievement Award. The award highlights the most dedicated and productive staff members working with Students' Unions. Although she didn't pick up the top prize, being shortlisted was an amazing achievement.

She has facilitated numerous activities and events around mental health and with students with learning difficulties and disabilities, sacrificing her own time for others. Sophia should be seen as a shining model of excellence and inspiration.”
